We currently offer shipping to Australia (Free shipping) and New Zealand.

Returns and Exchanges
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our Website.
If you wish to return any product, you must comply with the Miraflex Australia Returns, and Exchanges Policy.
Deliveries to Australian locations usually take 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.
Deliveries to other countries usually take 10 – 12 working days
Returns for refund and/or exchanges are possible to be made within 30 days from date of purchase (postage costs can not be refunded).

A notice of cancellation, return and request of refund or exchange and we will email you all details and further instructions.
It must be ensured that you place the product back in its original case and packaging and include any accessories that came with the purchase of your frame together with the original invoice.
Returns are only allowed on frames, unworn and in perfect conditions.
The goods must be in a resalable condition.
All items are returned at the sender’s own risk. Please ensure you therefore select a safe and tractable delivery service. All returned goods remain the responsibility of the sender until received by us.
Refunds, where applicable will be made within 7 days of receipt of returned goods back onto the same card and/or method used in the initial payment.
We will only refund postage costs in cases where the eyewear we sent you was incorrect, damaged or faulty.
